Having Trouble?

Problems viewing a live webcast can be caused by different variables. Please remember that streaming video requires a high-speed Internet connection and that it can be impacted by high volumes of traffic on your network. If you are experiencing trouble not related to bandwidth, try any of the following:

Refresh the RealPlayer by pushing the Play button if the webcast looks “frozen” of if you are still seeing the default animation. Note: if the Play button is not available, try refreshing the browser window.

Check with your LAN administrator to make sure that streaming port 8080 is not being blocked.

Make sure that you have the free RealPlayer installed.

Make sure that an appropriate connection speed is selected under RealPlayer's Preferences menu (View> Preferences> Connection>).
